Lynden Legacy provides grants to family caregivers who are caring for loved ones with dementia or Alzheimer’s disease. To apply for our Caregiver Respite Relief Grant please send your caregiving story (1-2 paragraphs) and a photo of you and the family member you are caring for to suzette@lyndenlegacy.com
